What this site collects, why, for how long, and what you can ask for. Only about what the site actually does.

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number (if you fill it in) and message. They are used to reply to you and follow up on your request, and nothing else: not for advertising, and not sold or passed on to third parties.
The submission is stored in the site's database, forwarded to the tool used to manage enquiries, and triggers a notification email. Unlike the assistant's records, form messages have no automatic deletion date: they are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation they started, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time using the address above.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract: you wrote in to be contacted.
When you use the assistant, the question you type and the answer you receive are kept for 30 days, together with the date and a technical record of the site sections consulted. We do not keep your IP address or any data identifying who asked, or allowing two conversations to be linked to the same person. To generate the answer, your question is sent to an artificial intelligence model provider outside the European Union; no identifier of yours is sent with it.
These records serve two purposes: seeing where the assistant fails, and testing the system before each change. Some questions are rewritten by hand, stripped of anything that could identify who asked them, and become part of the site's test suite. After 30 days, the original record is deleted automatically: the clean-up runs whenever someone uses the assistant.
Please do not type personal data, yours or anyone else's, into the assistant: names, contact details, confidential company information. If you have and want the record removed sooner, write to the site email.

This site counts visits with Plausible Analytics. Plausible sets no cookies, does not follow people from site to site, and collects no data that identifies you: what remains is an aggregate count of pages viewed, where visits came from, and which outbound links were clicked. There is no profile attached to you, which is why this site does not put a consent banner in your way.
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The only one you may find is called csrftoken and it is technical: it protects forms against requests forged from other sites, and it is set when you open a page with a form or when you open the assistant. Without it, sending the form would stop working.
The site runs on Render, and images are served from Cloudflare R2 storage. These providers process data solely to host and serve the site. The artificial intelligence provider generating the assistant's answers is identified in the assistant section above.
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to ask for it to be deleted, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of them, write to me@gusdias.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority.
