What best describes your marketing right now?

The risk here is starting where the work shows.

When marketing already works, the temptation is to point AI at content, because content is the part people see. That usually buys more volume and the same result. I would start with the work nobody presents in meetings: research synthesis, reading reports, preparing briefs. That is where the hours come back, without putting the brand voice at risk.

This is usually a context problem, not a tooling one.

With no context, the model answers the way it would answer anyone, and the result changes from one day to the next. The next step sits before the tooling: deciding what it needs at hand to give the right answer. The positioning, and the record of what has already been decided and why.

Automating a process nobody has written down multiplies it.

The reflex is to wire tools together and let them run. When the process only exists in the head of the person doing it, what gets automated is their version of it on a bad day. I would take the task that repeats most often in a month, write it down with its steps and the points where somebody has to decide, and only then bring AI in. The writing takes an afternoon, and it is what settles everything after it.

AI will say what you already suspected, with more confidence.

A model reads what it is given. With no written objectives and no data anyone trusts, it returns plausible prose about a business it does not know, and that reads well enough to pass for analysis. There is a marketing decision to make first: what counts as a result, and who decides what. With that written down, AI has something to stand on.

Skills

Where I create value

AI-augmented strategy

I design marketing workflows where AI does the heavy lifting (content generation, research synthesis, competitive analysis) while a human stays in control of the decisions that matter.

B2B growth and internationalisation

From buyer-persona research to multilingual market-entry plans, I build the strategy to expand into new European markets with positioning that resonates locally.

Data-driven decisions

I turn analytics into clear strategic direction: what is working, what is not, and where the highest-leverage opportunities hide.

Digital presence and content

SEO architecture, social strategy and content systems that build compounding visibility: marketing that works harder over time, not just in the moment.
